What is the SalesDev Program?

Nestlé SalesDev is a twelve-months development program for YOUths who are passionate in growing Nestlé Brand Portfolio, making an impact as a force for good in ensuring the Availability, Visibility, and Accessibility of our nutritious products all across Indonesia. 

SalesDev graduates are expected to be an excellent combination of interpersonal and selling skills to engage and establish win-win business output with Nestlé partners, especially in the Traditional Market. ​

We leverage a holistic approach to people development as we believe that 100% development impact can be achieved if we combine (70) Experience, (20) Networks, and (10) Education based approaches.
