Kami sangat menyesalkan insiden yang terjadi di kantor pusat kami pada Kamis, 10 Desember 2015, di mana lift penumpang yang terdapat di dalam gedung kami jatuh. Sangat disesalkan insiden ini melibatkan tiga orang penumpang yang berada di dalam lift. Kami segera mengevakuasi mereka ke rumah sakit terdekat.
Sangat disayangkan, dua karyawan kami meninggal dunia dalam insiden ini. Kami sungguh sedih dan menyesalkan hal ini, dan kami menyampaikan rasa belasungkawa yang sedalam-dalamnya kepada anggota keluarga yang ditinggalkan. Saat ini kami terus mendampingi para anggota keluarga, yang merupakan prioritas utama kami.
Dapat kami informasikan bahwa Abdul Rahman, karyawan kontraktor kami yang mengalami cedera, saat ini telah diizinkan untuk pulang ke rumah dan akan melanjutkan terapi dengan pengawasan dari pihak rumah sakit.
Bagi para karyawan kami yang lain, kami juga menyediakan pendampingan profesional (grief counselor) untuk memberikan konsultasi bagi mereka dalam melalui masa-masa yang sulit ini.
Investigasi atas insiden ini juga masih terus berlanjut, dan kami bekerja sama dengan pihak-pihak berwenang, termasuk pihak kepolisian dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja.

We are deeply saddened by the incident that occurred in our head office building on Thursday, 10 December 2015, in which a passenger lift located within our office building collapsed. Unfortunately during this incident three people were inside the lift, and the Company immediately evacuated them to the nearest hospitals.
Unfortunately, two of our injured employees have passed away. We are truly saddened by the news of their passing, and we offer our heartfelt condolences to their families. We are continuing to do our utmost to support the families, which is our priority.
We would also like to inform you that Abdul Rahman, our contractor staff who was injured during the incident, has been discharged from the hospital and will continue to undergo therapy under the hospital’s observation.
For our other employees, we are providing grief counselors to support them through these difficult times.
The investigation on this incident is still ongoing, and we keep coordinating with relevant authorities, including the police and Manpower and Transmigration Department.
