What is YES! Internship Program?

Y.E.S stands for Youth Empowerment Squad

Nestlé Youth Empowerment Squad (YES) Internship is a program designed by PT Nestlé Indonesia in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic Indonesia to assist Indonesian students in Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program who are keen to develop their skills by providing learning opportunities through comprehensive projects and development in the workplace in a fast-paced and dynamic environment of Global FMCG.

Nestlé aims to equip the next generation with valuable early work experience even before they graduate to become future-ready workforce, entrepreneurs, and agent of change regardless of their field of study.

Who are we looking for?

Active S1/D4 students who have completed minimum 4th semester (for S1) or 2nd semester (for D4) by August 2024
Passionate and eager to learn in a multinational FMCG company
Wiling to be assigned at our office, field, and factories
Available to be YES!
Intern for four months to earn 20 University Credits
