Menindaklanjuti pemberitaan mengenai penarikan beberapa batch produk susu formula bayi Nestlé di sejumlah negara, Nestlé Indonesia ingin menyampaikan informasi terbaru sebagai berikut:
Nestlé Indonesia menegaskan bahwa fasilitas produksi di Indonesia tidak terdampak oleh isu ini, dan seluruh produk yang diproduksi di Indonesia tetap aman untuk dikonsumsi.
Selain itu, produk impor yang dijual oleh Nestlé Indonesia tetap memenuhi seluruh persyaratan keamanan pangan dan mutu, baik sesuai standar nasional maupun internasional. Hal ini juga telah dikonfirmasi melalui pengujian yang komprehensif.
Hanya terdapat dua batch produk yang diimpor ke Indonesia dari Swiss yang dinilai berpotensi terdampak, yaitu Wyeth S-26 Promil Gold pHPro 1 untuk bayi usia 0–6 bulan (dengan nomor batch 51530017C2 dan 51540017A1). Kedua batch ini telah diuji menggunakan metode pengujian paling akurat, dan hasilnya memastikan bahwa cereulide tidak terdeteksi.
Namun demikian, sebagai langkah kehati-hatian dan sejalan dengan pernyataan BPOM yang dipublikasikan pada 14 Januari 2026, maka:
Nestlé Indonesia telah menghentikan distribusi dan menghentikan sementara impor produk terdampak tersebut, serta melakukan penarikan produk secara sukarela terhadap dua batch terdampak tersebut di bawah pengawasan BPOM.
Pelanggan, Retailer, dan Konsumen yang memiliki produk terdampak Wyeth S-26 Promil Gold pHPro – yakni batch 51530017C2 dan 51540017A1 – diimbau untuk menghubungi layanan konsumen Nestlé Indonesia di 0800 182 1028 atau melalui email di [email protected].
Nestlé Indonesia meyakinkan konsumen bahwa tidak ada produk yang dipasarkan Nestlé Indonesia atau Wyeth lainnya, maupun batch lain dari produk yang ditarik, yang terdampak oleh isu ini.
Nestlé Indonesia tetap berkomitmen pada standar mutu dan keamanan pangan tertinggi, serta menyediakan informasi yang jelas dan transparan kepada orang tua, dan masyarakat luas.
Nestle Indonesia Update Regarding the Infant Formula Product
Following news regarding the recall of certain Nestlé infant formula batches in some countries, Nestlé Indonesia would like to provide the following update.
Nestlé Indonesia confirms that its local manufacturing facilities are not impacted by this issue, and all products manufactured in Indonesia remain safe.
In addition, imported products sold by Nestlé Indonesia continue to meet all applicable Indonesian and international food safety and quality requirements, which has also been confirmed through comprehensive testing.
Only two batches imported into Indonesia from Switzerland were considered potentially in scope, namely Wyeth S-26 Promil Gold pHPro 1 for infants aged 0–6 months (batch numbers 51530017C2 and 51540017A1). These two batches were tested using the most accurate test method available, and the results confirmed that cereulide was not detected.
As a precautionary measure, however, in line with BPOM’s statement published on January 14th and out of an abundance of caution
Nestlé Indonesia has stopped distribution and temporarily suspended importation of this specific product and has conducted a voluntary precautionary recall of the two batches under BPOM supervision.

Nestlé Indonesia reassures consumers that no other Nestlé or Wyeth products or other batches of the recalled product sold by Nestlé Indonesia are impacted.
